If a Neo-Nazi group wanted to put a swastika on a License Plate, should the state be required to approve it?

It's an invalid argument. The Confederacy had nothing to do with Nazism. The Confederacy didn't represent the centralized socialist dictatorship the Nazis represented. In fact, it was quite opposite. Jesse Jackson has been lying to you about the Confederate Flag and associating with Nazism. Nazism has much more in common with today's liberals than it does with the Confederacy.
