Club Penguin Website disappeared - Members Please Respond!?

On occasion I pay the $5.95 monthly fee for my daughter to play on Clubpenguin.com. This morning she came to me complaining the website will not come up. Sure enough....it's gone...like they lost their domain or something. My concern is that I did not cancel the recurring monthly fee of $5.95. Would like to hear from other Club Penguin members and what you plan to do. As for me, I'll be contacting my bank to make sure they do not allow any further charges from this merchant which, without notice, appears non-existent.
