How do I make an interesting description about my story?

When an ordinary college girl, Jessica Allison, is assigned the worst room on her new campus, room 13, she is skeptical. Soon she meets Phillip, who helps her through the years, and slowly but surely falls in love. Then, as Jessica is cornered in an abandoned street, she sinks in her life as it was, not knowing what her outcome would be.
