Why do some say that God is black, when the bible gives many verses proving other wise?

God is Who He is, the Creator. To make Him black is not a truth but a child will love a Father figure that looks similar so maybe some preachers say He is black, but most likely it is racist political rhetoric from the likes of Reverend Sharpton.
