Can I get approved for a 300,000 home loan?

I have been in the same health care field for over 11 years. My credit scores are as follows: transunion: 629 Experian:662 Equifax:670. Im so tired of renting! I had filed for a bankruptcy 7 years ago.I have no recurring debts such as credit cards, My 2 cars are paid off. Do you think I can qualify for a loan? I dont want to go to a lender just to be denied.Please help!
