Boils - Please help someone?

Hello, Im 17years old, And ive been getting boils on my pubic and buttocks area, Ive been to the doctors, And i have done Blood & Urine test to check for any infections and I take a shower twice a day with antibacterial soap, And ive taken antibiotics, But the boils kept recurring 2 weeks after, I really need help i went to the doctors so many times and explained, she just keeps giving me antibiotics and detol soap :(
